Remember when Paul and I thought, “Hey, let’s chat about sports science and maybe a handful of people will tune in?” Well, somehow, and I’m still scratching my head over this, we’ve hit *100,000 downloads!*

We set out to explore the nitty-gritty of performance – with Paul taking a deep dive into endurance and individual sports (because he’s running Ironmans sub 9hrs), while I tackle the maze of team sports, leadership, and a pinch of strategic thinking (or as I call it, my Monday morning brain exercises).

But oh, it doesn’t stop there! We’re not just flexing our sports muscles; we delve into the realms of leadership, ego management (not just our own, promise!), and ways to navigate success. Heck, if you squint a bit, you’d realize a lot of what we talk about could be applied to pretty much any industry. (Paul still insists that his zero-carb approach won’t help with choosing my dinner menu, but I digress.)
